I was never much of a fan of cranberry sauce as a kid, but I like it now, especially if it’s homemade. When I reviewed the book In Winter’s Kitchenby Beth Dooley a few years ago, I found a recipe for cranberry sauce which I decided I had to try, since I’ve never made homemade cranberry sauce.

These Cranberry Sauce Muffins are sweetened with brown sugar and whole berry cranberry sauce—you can use your own homemade cranberry sauce, like this Fresh Cranberry Sauce)—or you can use whole berry cranberry sauce from a can. These muffins have some oats in them, too, so they’re both healthy and tasty!
