If you like apple pie, this quick bread has great apple pie flavor and it’s so easy to make! It’s made with apple pie filling so there’s no apple-peeling! This is an update of a recipe I had made awhile back, Sunken Apple Pie Bread. I added more cinnamon, plus some cloves and nutmeg to give this version a richer flavor.
