Banana-Oat Smoothie

Smoothies are great on hot summer days and they make an easy, quick breakfast. This Banana-Oat Smoothie is made with ingredients I always have on hand and you probably do, too—a banana, rolled oats, low-fat Greek yogurt, milk, honey, and cinnamon. Not only does it taste great, it’s a yummy way to get some oatmeal into your diet! 🙂
