Pumpkin Spice Yogurt

If you like pumpkin-flavored foods, this is a super-easy recipe you can make for breakfast or even as a snack. It’s made with pure pumpkin puree that’s mixed into yogurt, with honey, cinnamon, and other spices added in. And it’s topped with a sprinkle of your favorite granola!

Not only is this Pumpkin Spice Yogurt healthy, it’s yummy, too! This recipe makes 1 large serving or 2 smaller servings. You can double or triple the amounts if you want to make a larger batch.

Pumpkin Spice Yogurt

PUMPKIN SPICE YOGURT by NancyC
Makes 1 to 2 servings

1 cup plain or vanilla Greek yogurt
1/3 cup pure pumpkin puree from can
1 1/2 to 2 Tablespoons honey
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
1/8 teaspoon ginger
1 to 2 Tablespoons granola cereal for garnish

In small bowl, mix yogurt and pumpkin together, blending well. Stir in honey and then the cinnamon, nutmeg, and ginger, and blend well. Spoon into 1 or 2 small serving dishes and sprinkle with granola cereal.

NOTE: For stronger pumpkin flavor, use 1/2 cup pumpkin puree. You can also use Maple Syrup or your favorite sweetener as a substitute for honey.
