Glorious

There’s a movie that just came out called Breakthrough. It’s a true story about a mother, Joyce Smith, who would not give up hope and continued to pray after her teenage son John was clinically dead for almost an hour. He had fallen through ice on a lake in Missouri and had been underwater for 15 minutes. John was not expected to survive, but miraculously, his pulse came back. This movie is about the power of prayer, faith, hope, and an amazing miracle.

It’s fitting that this movie came out the week before Easter, since this holiday is a time we remember and reflect on Jesus’ victory over death and His gift to us of eternal life…nothing short of amazing, miraculous, and glorious. Remembering and thanking Jesus for all that He has done, and continues to do for us, keeps our faith and hope strong—because we know that through Him, all things are possible (Mark 10:27).

Hoping your Easter is filled with beauty, joy, and hope as you celebrate and enjoy this special day!

Just as Christ was raised from the dead by the glorious power of the Father, now we also may live new lives. ROMANS 6:4 NLT
