I received a copy of My Gardening Journal to review; all opinions expressed are mine.
I enjoy gardening, so I was looking forward to reviewing this gardening journal from Fox Chapel Publishing (softcover). Right now, I’m doing more container gardening since I don’t have a yard, but My Gardening Journal works for whatever type of gardening you do! It’s a handy little journal that makes it easy to keep track of how your garden is coming along and log any information you want to remember about the plants, flowers, and/or produce you are growing.
I love the whimsical art style on the cover and throughout the pages of the journal! Here are some of the inside page spreads just to give you an idea of what they look like:
You’ll see from the Contents page that this journal provides you with lots of sections and topics to guide you and help you record your gardening journey. There’s information on heat zones in the U.S. and Canada, a handy garden tools checklist, and tips to help you pick the plants you want to grow. There’s also room in My Gardening Journal to set goals and make notes on what is doing well in your garden, and pages for noting individual plant history for up to 4 years. Those features make it really handy!
The fun design of this journal also makes it extra-nice to use!
Even if you’re not a gardener yourself, this journal makes a great gift for any gardeners you know! It’s reasonably priced (12.99 US) and a nice gift idea you can keep in mind for Easter, Mother’s Day, or a birthday!
Are you a gardener, and does this journal sound like it would be helpful to you?
