“For I know the plans I have for you,” declares the Lord, “plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future.” JEREMIAH 29:11 (NIV)

I have come across this verse several times in the past few weeks. It’s one of my favorites. We can always trust that God has our best in mind…and because of Him, we can always look forward to a hope-filled future. I like how part of this verse is worded in THE MESSAGE translation: “I know what I’m doing. I have it all planned out—plans to take care of you, not to abandon you, plans to give you the future you hope for.”
