If you’re a fan of corn dogs, you’d probably enjoy starting your day with a nice and tasty Corn Dog Muffin for breakfast! 🙂 It took me baking several batches to get the recipe the way I liked it. The first time, I made them with a cornbread batter that had cheese and honey in it, but those stuck to my paper muffin liners really badly and you couldn’t even taste the cheese in the muffins. So I tried another batter and omitted the cheese…and I like the taste of these muffins much better!

It’s a great salad for this time of year, sweetened with chopped apples, pears, and dried cranberries, which give it a nice crunchy texture and naturally sweet flavor. This fruit tastes great with the sliced almonds that are sprinkled in this salad, too!

If you like granola + chocolate + cherries, this Chocolate Chip Cherry Granola just may be the granola of your dreams! 🙂 It makes a nice healthy snack around Valentine’s Day too, if you’re trying not to eat so much candy. This granola is sweetened with honey, sweetened coconut flakes, dried cherries, and mini semi-sweet chocolate chips. So it will satisfy your sweet tooth, but still has healthy things in it like oats, almonds, pecans, and sunflower seeds.
