Banana Mango Orange Smoothie

Banana Mango Orange Smoothie @ NancyC

This smoothie has kind of a long name but it sounds good, doesn’t it? I found this recipe in a cookbook called Eating Clean in Costa Rica. The instructions for the recipe included amounts measured in grams, milliliters, etc., so I converted the amounts and adjusted some amounts slightly.

This Banana Mango Orange Smoothie sounds nice and summery, and the tropical flavors are perfect to enjoy on any warm sunny day! It’s smooth and creamy and has a great lightly-sweet taste. Normally I like to sweeten smoothies with honey, but this recipe does not need any additional sweetener.
